Intervention Proceedings
We intervene in existing Portuguese nationality proceedings before one of the civil registry offices in Portugal.
Most common interventions
- Compliance with official requests: when the registry office asks for additional documents, corrections or clarifications;
- Submission of documents: updated certificates, apostilles, proof of connection to the Portuguese community; and marriage/divorce documents.
- Appeal or court action: cases of refusal or delay considered unlawful or excessive.
